What is property maintenance with the Distinct team: Our property maintenance packages are becoming more and more popular in both the residential and commercial sectors. A typical contract consists of:
- Weekly Lawn Cutting
- Weekly edge defining of flower beds
- Weekly weed pulling from flower beds
- Weekly mulch fluffing in flower beds
- 3 times per year pruning and shaping of plants, shrubs and small tree’s
Clients will also have access to our “client hub” where they can make special requests as to what areas they would like more attention to in the coming weeks due to family gatherings, business events etc. As well as requesting new landscape projects or materials provided through the different Distinct divisions.
ON BOARDING PROCESS
- Use our customized website form to notify our team what your looking to have done along with your address and all contact information
- A Distinct representative will respond via email to schedule a site visit where we can discuss the best options for the desired look of the property
- An estimate will be sent via email outlining the scope of work and cost associated. The estimate will then need to be signed and sent back or an email stating your approval with the estimate attached.
- After we have received the signed document we will enter your information into our scheduling software which will notify you via email and text messages as to when our team will be on site. All clients should expect their “cut day” to be plus or minus one day from the week prior due to weather, training, maintenance etc.
